I have now come to a conlcusion over the b52 and b1b it was only after watching riat 2006 i was watching and listening to narration and the aircraft the b1 can carry a bigger bomb load fly faster and higher and range isnt really an issue as the aircraft has inflight refuelling and it can operate from shorter runways. The b52 only trumps the b1 on range and it has a similar bomb load but a little smaller
