never will Canada have jsf because they so god damm poor they can't even buy a tank they have to rent a tank.

And even if they got a jsf don't forget canada is a poor nation with not enough fuel to train.

they can only train like 10 hours a year.

unlike North Korea they train 200 to 300 hours a year.

i am sorry man but Canada is to poor to by anything. They can't even rent a jsf.
All they can rent is some Mig 19 not only that they can't even by any Mig 19.

We rent tanks and Mig-19s (of all things)? No, we have our own tanks and our own fighters. Canada's soldiers are individually among the best in the world. However, these discussions are absurd so I'm staying out of it.

Regarding the potential CF-35, there are no plans at this moment to purchase any. However, Canada has contributed a fair sum to the development of the JSF program. With our CF-18s to be retired fairly soon the F-35 is the most likely candidate as a replacement.

hey buddy who said we have no fuel, alberta has one of the biggest oil and natural gas supplies in the world (where do u get gas? from oil). Wat do you think we just leave our 126 cf-18's to rust?

hes got a point plus i highly doubt they could get a JSF in canada plus they only have a better education is because they live in a winter wasteland.
I think the afterburners will freeze on them anyways

Unless we start spending a couple billion more dollars on our military, it will be gone by 2008. Then of course we will have no need for the JSF and we will be further assimilated to to US. Even if we do get some JSF's, we won't get many. Especially the way our government is being run. Ever since the Avro Arrow, Canada's military has been in the crapper. We are supposed to get 120 or so JSF's in 2012, but again, the way things are going it will probably not happen.

Canada is not poor. In fact the only reason Canada would have any enemys would be because of the reatards who live next door. Canada was a higher literacy rate better health and social services because it prefers to spend its money on its people than creating wars which the US does. Thing is if it wasn't for the US's selfish addiction for stealing other countries oil september 11 would never have happened. At this stage its estimated that because of US invlovement in the middle east 50,000 civilians have died, so of course they are going to fly two 747s into its most prominent buildings.

Canada also cares more about its future generations by caring about the enviroment. The US is creating more greenhouses gases per head than any other country which is destroying the earths atmosphere and quite simply destroying the world.

I think Canada should get some better friends such as some countries in Europe and purchase craft such as the Eurofighter if it needs a combat plane
