Message Number 1Date Posted: 05 February 2006, 5:38:26 PM A friend of mine has some old WW2 aircraft posters that have WEFT classifications on them. They also have two other categories one is U and the other is P. We know that the WEFT stand for Weapons, Engine, Fuselage, and Tail but we are unsure what the U and P are refering to.
Please help... Thank you.

Message Number 3Date Posted: 20 February 2006, 1:37:14 AM Hey guys I know what you are talking about but i know it as W.E.T.F.U.S.
And it is used as an aircraft recognition method. It stands for Wings, Engines, Tail, Fuselage, Undercarriage and special features. Hope this helps as far as the 'P' goes if it was World War Two then it was probably propeller. Please email me if you have any questions about it and if i don't know the answer i'll find out.
