Because Russia and China don't have any contacts with korea for over 15 years. In 80's russia did sold some mig'-21's to N.K. But not mig's-31. And even if N.K. would have migs foxhounds it woun't be practical in stiking combat . Foxhounds were made for shooting enemy spying aircraft and long range missles . It has only aam's in it's arsenal.

Message Number 14Date Posted: 25 January 2005, 4:26:01 PM Aooarently India has a larger army than North Korea now. You may have to check on that. I would think that with India on quite good terms with both Russia and the U.S that its force would be more up to date to.
