Is the f-35 JSF really up to the big shoes in which it has to fill?

i dont think it is, in testing it hasnt shown the brightest results, in air to air testing against even f-4 drones it hasnt been able to score 100% and in air to air dogfighting against f/a-18s and f15/16 it hasnt done well at all

The P-51 didn't live up to its job either until the installation of the Merlin Engine that made it one of the best fighters of the world at the time. Give it some time, The F-35 will live up to its reputation.
From 1914 since, airpower has become essential for any field of battle. To Vietnam, to Desert Storm airpower has become dominate in the battlefield. May airpower live on in times of war!
