the russians may have something going on with the Mig 25 & 29. it might be not as agile and fast as the russians say. so look out!

ain't that the truth. the foxbat was built only to intercept the xb-70 but that project got scrapped so that kinda screwed the russians over. the f-16 could beat the crud out of them and don't make me bring the harrier into this!

you know how slow and unmanuverable a harrier is dont you. Even the skyhawks that New Zealand used to have were said to better (once they went through project Kahu).

A Mig-29 was designed to bet all of the american teen series (thats f14 through to F18). The mig 25 was designed to deal with the Xb-70 but it was also designed to act as an interceptor against other aircraft. When equipped the right weapons and pilot, the Mig 25 would be lethal. You seem to be a litle baised.

the harrier might be slow, but it can out manuver practically anything in service today. the mig-25 only carried missiles. no gun. so even the thud could take it out even though that was mainly a strike aircraft. the mig-29 might have been designed to beat the teen series but the US and Russian training programs are two different worlds. US aircraft have a better safety record than their russian counterparts.
