it is "replacing" the f-16. i doubt it will though. it will probably just be added to our arsonal. the f-16 block 60 will probably not be replaced but I can see some of the f-16 a/b models being replaced by the f-35 because of there ground attack roll.

No, the USAF plans on slowly retiring the F-16 and replacing it completely with the 35, however the original plan was to retire the F-16 at a rate of 200 per year with the same replacement rate, that has since been changed due to funding issues as always.
