Has anyone heard of the QSST (Quiet Super-Sonic Transport)? There was an articel on it in Popular Science in March. It is a private supersonic jet that makes no sonic boom.

I have read the article and the aircraft (Lockheed Martin fyi) does make a sonic boom (can't avoid it) but the design is supposed to lower the sound that the boom makes. I belive it was the Dryden side of NASA-Dryden that modified an F-5's nose portion and the sound was decreased.
