Message Number 13Date Posted: 01 July 2005, 8:06:29 PM I think it would be a combination of ground and air. Both sides would hesitate to use nukes.

Message Number 15Date Posted: 24 August 2006, 2:34:59 AM Yeah i dont think nukes would be involved unless its a nuke that starts the war (there will never be a war between Russia and the USA btw). It would be a sort of silent understanding like 'Okay Im at war with you and you suck! but if you wont nuke i wont nuke K' Everything that makes it functional makes it beautiful. I call it perfection, I call it passion, I call it human, I call it lust... I call it Su-37.

Message Number 16Date Posted: 29 August 2006, 7:55:45 PM I doubt very much that Russia will be fighting any one outside of it old borders(USSR) any time soon. Its AF and Army are in very bad shape. They have barely been holding their own against these 'rebels' they have been fighting for years now. Sure you hear of fights they win every so offen. But not very offen. And even under the old system when was the last WAR that they fought and WON. WW2 maybe! Even under the old system they only put down some up risings but did not fight any real wars. Their is a lot of things about WW2 that make me think that if Hitler and fiends hadn't gotten real dum in 1941 and tried to fight more then one fight at a time Germany would have taken all of Europe and then could have turned on Russia any taken them, Too. Or if he had taken Russia fisrt and then turned on the rest of Europe he could have won. Germany realy did have the best military in Europe at the time and if Hitler hadn't tried to take to big of a bit he very well might have won it all but in the he lost all.

Message Number 17Date Posted: 02 November 2006, 5:01:21 PM How 'bout U.S vs. Ukraine people? When USSR split, a good portion of air & missle power was based there, and Moscow didn't say squat to 'em. Two years later I'm watchin' two MiG-29's come screamin' up the Niagara river (N.Y.) as part of an air show, then land at N.F. airbase. That was on July 4, 1990 (for real!)Ex Soviets flyin' overhead on Independence Day, and I still got the right to vote! Moscow was busy pokin' all the other former republics then 'cause they knew enough to not tick off the one(s) that had some real firepower behind 'em. Always consider the 'quiet ones' if you're gonna bar brawl. I think Moscow did. Thoughts, anyone?

Message Number 18Date Posted: 06 November 2006, 5:34:01 PM sure america has forward bases all over the world just remember that russia surrounded by buffer countrys all along majority of its border all russians have to do is is take out awacs and tankers the c3 and force multiplier a few surgical strikes on airfields fuel tanks makes life hard for u.s if we want to drag carriers into equation to protect the kc-10's and what not then remember russia doesn't have aircraft carriers per se (aircraft cruisers due either to s.t.a.r.t or s.a.l.t treaties) the whole thing gets messy and we havent even chatted about sam's and what not and stealth isn't 100% effective all that is needed is a transmit radar and a seperate radar reciever cause stealth tech was based one radar doin send and recieve and reflavik has closed down so what stoppin russia stickin antonov refuel aircraft over n.pole wit severe air defence su 33 /37 migs plus sa 8/ 10 /12 then cruising down alaska and in through rockys?
