Does anyone know if any SR-71s are still in service with the USAF or NASA, and if so, how many?

The SR-71 was retired originally in 1990 from high operation costs, but then returned to active service 1995 and began flying missions in 1997. It was then again retired in 1998, and the last SR-71 flew in 1999. The Dryden website still says the SR-71s are still flying "High speed flight and sonic boom studies", but that conflicts with their statement on other pages. Who knows if NASA still flies them but they are surely retired from the armed forces.
