the mig 1.42 LOOKS LIKE CRAP its just a eurofighter but an extra tail 6,000 bls less thrust and a cup holder , any thing with Mig infrount of it is crapo!!!! OOOOOOOOO its got three-dimential thrust vectoring, u dont really need it its just a reason to over charge something and more maintness.

Many mig aircraft such as mig 29 and 31 are better than there American countparts and are usually all cheaper. I think the mig 33 and mig 35 when they come out will more than compete with the f35 they might beat it. Also Russia has the sukhoi which is more the luxury fighter company. The su37 is much better value for money than the raptor.

Hercboy you are fu*cking damn a**. You can consider mig 1.42 as one of the best fighters ever made. The MAPO-MiG enterprise claims the new fighter would be able to outperform the F-22 Raptor. And unlike the f-22, mig also capable of performing strike mission. That (TVR) control system allows it to make sharp turns that helps easily to gain victory in a dog fights. It also has similar to f-22 stealth capabilities, with the canard, wing and fuselage structures incorporating carbon-fiber and polymer composite materials. Other stealth features include radar-absorbing covering, screening of radar-visible structure elements, and reduced heat signature. It also has a fifth-generation pulse-doppler radar that can simultaneously attack over 20 targets. Eurofighter has same features, just does't have stealth technologies. And finally Mig and Eurofighter are much cheaper than f-22.And stop writing b*ll sh*t that consists only of your ideas. I didn't see one fact you wrote during this whole discussion.
F-22 $150 million
Mig 1.42 $70 million
Eurofighter $60 million

close dog fights are goin to be a thing of the past. australias got a new missile that has a range of about 400km i think, thats y some of the southen asian countrys arent happy that we got it. and i know the f-22 is a peice of &*#% did i say it was good NO!!!! its a wast of money and now we have another reason to laugh at the americans, sukhoi is a good company but i just dont like migs, and i hate the french, there are alot of crap aircraft in this world, unfourtinal ur never goin to get a perfict aircraft and i do see the migs as how hyped up as u say it is...You can't lomcevak in an F-16, but you can't go Mach in a Pitts. — Ed Hamill

Australia used to have French aircraft so it cant say much. All people have a brand they do not like. ME for example, I dont like american plans but i really like the European ones (including Russian). I think the f35 is going to be better value for money than the f22 and im sure the Russians and Chinese are coming up with ways to make stealth useless. I will be quite now because i am a New Zealander and we have nothing.
